My journey as a massage therapist began at the Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley, Colorado, where I specialized in clinical massage therapy and working with chronic pain patterns. My training and experience have given me a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork and understanding how muscular tension and postural patterns can contribute to pain and discomfort.

My expertise includes Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue Massage, with a focus on chronic pain, postural correction, and frequent headaches. I also offer Bamboo Massage and Hot Stone Massage for clients looking for additional therapeutic approaches.
