If your VA provider determines that massage therapy is medically necessary, they can submit a VA Community Care referral for treatment at Therapy Point Massage.

Before Your First Appointment

Please have the following available:

• Your VA Community Care authorization

• Authorization number

• Approved diagnosis(es)

• Number of authorized visits

• Authorization effective dates

• Any relevant imaging or physician documentation (if available)

Your Appointment

Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated, and be prepared to discuss:

• Your symptoms

• Medical history

• Previous treatments

• Your goals for therapy

Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that supports your physician's recommendations and helps you achieve the best possible outcome.​
